Enabling the Who's Coming list on an event is a great way to generate additional registrations for an event. However, no one likes to be the first person to register. The flexibility to enable and disable the Who's Coming list is key.
Wait until 10-15 people have registered for the event, and go to Forms > Build > #3 Event Registration > Event Options to enable the Who's Coming list.
