Step one is all about teamwork! You manage your Attendee assignments from the web-based Playbook. Attendees are automatically assigned to the right rep based on ownership in Salesforce.
From there, you can make any attendee re-assignments necessary based on who from your team is going to be attending the event. If a rep isn’t there, it’s easy to re-assign their Customers and Prospects to someone else who will be on-site. Don’t worry, we don’t make any changes to Salesforce, this is just for the event.
